Dean has been producing, engineering, and mixing music for artists and bands professionally since 2009. What started out as a fascination for music at a young age, soon grew into a love for music creation & the whole recording process. Being a musician & composer himself (Chief Songwriter & Singer with Backbeat Soundsystem), he brings creativity & musical inspiration to every project he works on. Specialising in modern Reggae production, but at home in any genre, Dean is constantly searching for new ways to blend vintage sounds with contemporary techniques.

I had the amazing opportunity recently to collaborate with Korg, composing a track showcasing some of their synthesiser & drum machine products. This tune is the result! All parts were created entirely using the Microkorg, Monologue, Volca Kick & Volca Sample. Featuring Adjua on vocals.
